Rini is a brand strategist and communications professional based in New Delhi. Over the last 10 years, she has held key marketing roles within consumer brands such as Fabindia, Madura Garments (Aditya Birla Group), Lenskart and Nicobar (Goodearth-Eicher family group). 

As an entrepreneur, she founded Tribana, a grassroots accessories brand incubated at Dhriiti and Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, and scaled it to 9 cities and 11 stores in two years. She has since been a core team member of Fashion Revolution, global not-for-profit organisation and world’s fastest growing sustainability movement, playing a pivotal role in its growth in India by advocating for a transparent and more equitable fashion industry. 

Rini has been a guest contributor for industry and news publications such as Not Just A Label, DNA and WION news where she has written on India’s retail growth, sustainability in fashion and marketing trends. She continues to be an advisor to sustainable brands on their go-to-market and communication strategies.
