    1. PERSONAL PURPOSE & WORK ALIGNMENT

    Together, we work on the individual purpose of the team members and connect it with their role in the organization. Team-building exercises help in this process and create a safe space for the group. 

    • Warm-up and team understanding: Change circle reflection
    • General understanding of “Purpose”
    • Individual reflection exercises to develop personal purpose
    • Self perception and external perception / Peer coaching

    2. FROM PURPOSE TO ACTION

    We look to the future and turn towards action. How can your purpose affect your daily work and your professional relationships, and what goals do you set as a team to support the purpose of others? 

    • Align yourself with the same vision and act accordingly
    • Merge the individual purpose with the team/organization’s purpose
    • Achieving common success through a unified purpose
