No organisation can create all needed innovation internally in today´s fast changing and fragmented world. Therefore, a variety of channels can help increase organisational innovation power – from service providers to start-up incubators and accelerators – from investment vehicles to crowd intelligence and research partnerships. Irrespective of the vehicle, we see that the ability to effectively co-create – work together with diverse stakeholders around one innovation theme and quickly produce results – is a key competence that organisations need to master like never before.
The DO School works with its partners on co-creating cutting-edge solutions to pertinent challenges. We enable our partners to champion open collaboration – the ability to bring highly diverse people and stakeholders together around a common issue and deliver new results that no individual actor would have been able to achieve by themselves. We thereby build upon the global DO School Community, a unique hybrid network of young impact entrepreneurs, leading experts, intrapreneurs and decision makers. We see every day that cross sectoral co-creation is a key innovation driver as no person or organisation has the full overview on a given topic, no matter their level of internal expertise or budgets.
The DO School´s approach to co-creation is unique. Steeped in a global community of purposeful Doers, we work with our partners to solve problems quickly. We source the most diverse relevant expertise, connect with customers and stakeholders and give them the chance to bring forth and execute new solutions.
