Director Impact Entrepreneurship
Annie’s focus is at the DO School is impact entrepreneurship and societal change. Thanks to her international education and career, she brings first-hand knowledge of the difficulties involved in digital cross-border program designs and the implementation of innovative global business models. Prior to being part of the DO School team Annie was leading leadership development programs at the ESMT and CCL, she has led large transformation programs for the Old Mutual, AXA Australia, AECOM, Bombardier Transportation and Woolworth Holding South Africa.
As a passionate and creative DOer, she works to make a difference to the lives we touch through impact entrepreneurship, strategic dialogue, and leadership conversation – with a focus on resilience and well-being. She can easily be found equally teaching an online Pilates class or practicing feet up yoga as well as leading participants in resilience practices during innovation sprints.
Annie graduated from Warwick Business School with a degree in Management Sciences. She holds an MBA from CASS Business School and a Master of Science in Strategy from Edinburgh Business School. She is a qualified systemic and ICF coach and design thinker in Germany.
Annie’s energy is most impactful when supporting real transformation, changing innovation cultures via future based research, facilitating organizational and societal connection, and exploring new ways to look at work.
